The Board’s prerogatives are tracing the Institute’s broad objectives of activity and amending its reports. The members of the Board are all equal in rights. They usually gather four times a year, in order to amend the Institute’s quarterly reports. The Board’s members may as well gather at the request of the simple majority. All members of the Board hold only honorary positions.
